Olivier Manchion is a French musician and composer, founding member of Ulan Bator and creator of Permanent Fatal Error. For more than three decades, he has worked across experimental rock, improvisation, electronic music and international collaborations.

Over the years, he has worked with artists including Faust, Damo Suzuki, Andrea Bernabini (video), Fabrizio Modonese Palumbo, Simone Pellegrini, Xabier Iriondo, Richard Pinhas (Heldon) and Kasper T. Toeplitz, while also developing projects such as Miss Marvel and French Doctors.
